Although the legal requirements have changed, we still have guidelines in place to protect customers and the artist. Please read the following very carefully. If our guidelines change between now and your appointment date I’ll email you to update you. 

Failure to comply with the following policies will result in loss of appointment and deposit. 

• SICKNESS - If you have had any covid symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, headache, sore throat) in the week prior to your appointment please contact your artist as soon as possible and do not come to the studio. We will gladly reschedule your appointment if needed. If you arrive with any of these symptoms you will be sent home. 

• FACE COVERINGS - Please wear a face mask to your appointment, make sure it fully covers your mouth and nose for the whole duration of your time in the studio. If you need to have a drink or a snack please ask to take a little break and make sure you are not near your artist when you remove your mask to eat or drink. This is the only time you may remove your mask while in the studio.

Please also make sure you wear your mask when moving around the main building of Hartley Business Centre, for example when arriving and when going to the toilet.

• LATERAL FLOW COVID TEST - This is not mandatory, but for your and our peace of mind, you can take a free rapid covid test the day of or the day before your appointment. You can order these free test kits online or pick them up from some pharmacies, find out more here:

Remember you can still catch and spread covid even if you are vaccinated, so please be considerate of others. 

• BOOKED IN FOR A COVID VACCINE? - It has been recommended by medical experts that you don’t get a tattoo two weeks either side of your vaccine, so if you are booked for a covid vaccine or booster in that time period please contact me to re-schedule your tattoo. 

• PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME AND ALONE - We would like to maintain social distancing as much as possible between clients while in the studio for their own peace of mind. Any friends or family will be asked to wait outside or leave. 

• SANITISE YOUR HANDS immediately upon entering the studio. Use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter. Please wash your hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds when you go to the bathroom and sanitise your hands regularly throughout your visit, and try not to touch things unnecessarily in the studio.

• SANITISE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Phone, keys, bottled water, bag etc before coming to the studio for convenience, and keep all your belongings in one place next to the tattoo station while being tattooed (your artist will direct you to where you can put your things)
