By paying a deposit you are subject to the following terms and conditions, please read very carefully.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. If you reschedule an appointment with enough notice the deposit will be carried over to the new appointment, but you can only do this a maximum of twice.

• If you cancel or re-schedule after the 48 hour cut off or fail to give notice your deposit will be lost.

• Please give notice by emailing me on lolly.tattoo@hotmail.com. please do not use social media for this as it is not checked as often and messages can get lost.

Running late

• If you are running late on the day, please let me know via email or social media as long as it is safe to do so. Arrivals later than half an hour after their original appoIntment time with no notice given will lose their deposit and have their appointment cancelled.

Design

• Your deposit is valid for the original discussed design only, if you decide to change the design idea entirely you will need to pay a new deposit (small changes and adjustments are totally fine)

Covid precautions

• Please make sure you are aware of the current studio Covid Guidelines. Failure to comply with the Covid safety policies will result in loss of appointment and deposit. 

Location

• Please note my new studio address, all new bookings will take place at my new private studio at Hartley Business Centre from January 2022 onwards, unless otherwise discussed. 

Payment

• Please also note that payment of the balance on the day will need to be cash or bank transfer, there isn’t a cash point near my new studio so remember to bring some cash with you or have internet banking on your phone to make the transfer. 

Touch ups

• Touch ups- If you feel your tattoo needs a touch up, please wait until the tattoo is fully healed (4-6 weeks) then contact your artist as soon as possible to arrange a touch up appointment.

  If it has been longer than 6 months since your tattoo was done then the touch up will no longer be free, so make sure you get in touch has soon as you can if you think you need one. If your tattoo needs a touch up due to negligence during healing, and no fault of the tattoo artist, then you will be charged for the touch up - so make sure you follow the aftercare advice carefully.
